Pico de Gallo

6 tomatoes, diced
1/2 a white onion, diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 large jalapeƱos, seeded, de-veined and diced
A squirt of lemon or lime juice
salt and pepper

Blend all ingredients and serve fresh
