1-1/4 cup Graham Cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 (8-oz) pkg + 1 (3-oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon or orange peel
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup Dairy Sour Cream (top)
Mix graham crust in springfoam pan. Cook 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Beat cheese in mixer. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy. Add lemon (or orange) peel and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Pour over crumbs. Bake at 300 1 hour or until center is firm. Cool to room temperature. Spread with glaze.

This recipe is the number one thing that came out of my mom's kitchen. Try as I might, I've never been able to make it just like she does. Mine always cracks down the middle and seems to be missing the love mom puts into it.
