Corn Casserole

Yield: 8-10 servings

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 15 oz. can creamed corn
1 15oz. can whole corn, undrained
1 (8.5oz.) package of corn bread mix


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. Pour into 1 quart dish and bake 40 to 50 minutes . When done casserole will be soft, scoop to serve.
