Hummus

1 can chickpeas, partially drained
1 T. tahini (sesame seed paste)
3 T. lemon juice
1 T. Olive oil
1/2 t. salt
2-3 cloves smashed garlic

Blend up ingredients in food processor or blender. Drizzle with olive oil, if you like, and dust with paprika.
